*We're assuming you are up to date with Game of Thrones, if not, away with you.

One of the most devastating scenes in the last season of Game of Thrones was of course when poor Hodor died while saving Bran and Meera's life as he bravely 'Hold the door' to stop the White Walkers getting out of the cave of the three-eyed raven.

Fans also saw how he got his name as Bran had accidentally warged into a young Hodor, permanently damaging the child's mind in the process.

The scene really caught the imagination of Game of Thrones fans, with Hodor door stops made and plenty of viral videos featuring Northern Irish actor Kristian Nairn replaying the scene.

Now the actor is reliving it once more for a new KFC ad, which sees an influx of customers demanding chicken and fries, until eventually, that's all Kristian can say and it begins to morph into 'chicken and rice', as the fast food company are advertising their new Ricebox.

Not exactly as emotional as the real scene, but a good way to jump on board the Game of Thrones bandwagon, with the new series kicking off in just two weeks.
