At this stage, we've seen more people have buckets of ice thrown over them than we ever expected in our average lifetime. It has taken over!! There are some folk though, that no matter how many videos we have watched, we still want to see them do it.
One such person is the enigmatic Game of Thrones author George RR Martin, who was very much up for the challenge and even threw in a few references from the series to keep the fans pleased.
