UTV Ireland are edging closer to their air date, which will be January 1st, 2015.
While we don't know an awful lot about the type of content they'll be broadcasting, they will be taking two of the big soaps from TV3 - Emmerdale and Corrie.
Today, they launched their first piece of official branding.

The station will be based in the same building as Dublin radio stations, FM104 and Q102.
