How exactly would 24 go on WITHOUT Jack Bauer?
It's just been announced that Fox - the TV studio behind the long-running thriller series - are putting together a new spinoff series that will see a "twentysomething terrorist hunter" teamed up with an older, possibly female counterpart.
Fans of the series will remember Yvonne Strahovski, who played Kate Morgan in the short-lived series 24: Live Another Day. Although she won't be the female counterpart, it's understood she will make a guest appearance.
There's more - although we said Keifer Sutherland will NOT be appearing in this show, the showrunners have mentioned that there's scope for Bauer to make a guest appearance here and there.
Whatever the case may be, it has to be said that Live Another Day made for some really entertaining television.
The question is, however, would it hold up without Keifer Sutherland in the lead?
The plan is to launch the spinoff as a miniseries and, if the ratings are good enough, it'll be developed into a full series.
