Tanya and Portia have some talking to do... *Spoilers for 'The White Lotus' season two, episode five below*
'The White Lotus' season two episode five, titled 'That's Amore', ended with quite a eye-opening discovery for Jennifer Coolidge's character, the down-and-out in-love Tanya. Believing she is having a wonderful time with Quentin (Tom Hollander), his group of gay friends and his nephew Jack (Leo Woodall), the closing moments of the episode saw her stumble upon something that definitely should not be happening between an uncle and a nephew.
Elsewhere in the episode, Harper (Aubrey Plaza) started stirring the wine barrel when she, Ethan (Will Sharpe), Cameron (Theo James) and Daphne (Meghann Fahey) headed to a wine-tasting and continued to drop hints that she knew about the boy's night of debauchery. This quadrant of uncomfortableness gets turned into overdrive by Daphne seemingly admitting to having a child with her personal trainer, saying "Whoopsie" when she shows Harper the wrong photo on her phone.
Lucia (Simona Tabasco) is still chasing Cameron for the money he owes her, and she's keeping an eye on him while hanging out with Albie (Adam DiMarco). Given the intel she knows, Lucia is proving to be one of the most powerful figures of the series - all of the women seem to be holding their own this season, in fact.
All, except one, perhaps. The BIGGEST talking point of the episode, however, still strictly remains with what unfolded during the final minute - and all of the questions we have after seeing this bombshell.
Are Quentin and Jack really related? We doubt it. Will Tanya tell Portia (Haley Lu Richardson)? Very likely. Is Tayna about to be scammed by some "high-end gays"? It looks like they're trying their hardest. And will the pair of them (and all of Tanya's luggage) be able to make a quick escape from Palermo? Let's wait and see.
