There's been a lot of talk at the moment about this merging together of Boyzone and Westlife, which sees Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy touring the country as a double act called Boyzlife. (Yep, this is really happening, really really.) They'll be on The Late Late Show tonight explaining just what exactly fans can expect to see while Ryan will be catching up with the pair on what else they've been up to recently, which clearly isn't a whole lot.
Ryan also meets former Love/Hate star John Connors who'll be talking about his new documentary 'I Am Traveller', which sees the actor tackling some of the uncomfortable truths and racial stereotypes of traveller identity in today’s Ireland. Hopefully he'll also have some news on whether this rumoured next season of Love/Hate will take place with Connors apparently taking the lead.
Back with a new album after an 11-year break, the man behind the country hit ‘Past the Point of Rescue’, Mick Hanly will be on the couch to chat about the ups and downs of success including rebuilding his life after a struggle with alcoholism and how a chance meeting with an old friend prompted him to start recording again.
Ryan will also meet Eilis Barrett who at just 16-years-old has already signed a multi-book deal. (Yes, we've all wasted our lives.)
Also, the newly revived antiques segment has made a comeback to The Late Late Show this year, as we see what the participants have done with their furniture wrecks since we saw them last.
Finally, the UCD Choral Scholars will be on hand to perform their viral hit ‘Mo Ghille Mear (My Gallant Hero)’, and rising star rapper Lynchy will be performing his new song ‘Spotlight’.
