Oscar nominated actress Naomi Watts is set to star in new Netflix series Gypsy, which will be released on the streaming platform later this year. Gypsy is psychological thriller about Jean Halloway (Naomi Watts), a therapist who begins to develop intimate and illicit relationships with the people in her patients' lives.
The first two episodes of the series will be directed by BAFTA nominated Sam Taylor-Johnson, the director behind Nowhere Boy and Fifty Shades of Grey. Billy Crudup and Sophie Cookson co-star in the series.
