Steven Avery's lawyer, Kathleen Zellner, is promising to introduce 'a tsunami of new evidence' in her bid to free the man convicted of the murder of Teresa Halbach.

There was an update last month that there would be a delay in Zellner filing Avery's appeal until August but she's taken to Twitter this week that this story is far from over.

One part of the new 'tsunami of evidence' is expected to be cell phone tower triangulation which looks set to prove that Teresa Halbach left Avery's salvage yard and was 12 miles away when her cell phone stopped transmitting.

While some say this only proves that her cell phone left the property and not Halbach, it's already been established that Avery was still on his property during the same period.
