Season 4 of 'Rick and Morty' is arriving on Adult Swim this year, beginning in November.
The announcement was made via Adult Swim's Twitter account as part of the Warner Bros. upfronts for 2019. The animated comedy series has been on the go since 2013, however most recently, the series was approved for a further 70 episodes.

The phenomenon surrounding 'Rick and Morty' went overboard, however, in 2017 when McDonald's ran a promotion serving Szechuan sauce at selected restaurants. The fallout? Actual police had to be called in certain parts of the US owing to the demand. Yes, really.
Anyway, given how the series has been approved for a further 70 episodes, the likelihood is that there'll be a fifth, sixth and possibly even a seventh season of 'Rick and Morty' in the coming years. For now, let's all remind ourselves how good this series really is, and why people lost their minds over McDonald's Szechuan sauce.
