If further proof were required that Jade Ellis is indeed this year's Sophie Habibis, the mother of one was kicked off the X Factor on week four as predicted.

How kind, but there's no need to bow at my psychic skills, they're just following the same format as last year. In short, a blind gnat can predict what's going to happen next. In short, no one facing a sing off against this year's Same Direction (AKA Union J) would be allowed survive. Not even Rylan Clarke.

Speaking with The Sun, Jade said: "I don’t think the decision on Sunday was based entirely on the sing-off. The judges were thinking about their own acts.

“I believe I sang that song to a really high standard and if that wasn’t enough to save me I honestly don’t know what I could have done.

“People have said my performance was better than Union J’s (I believe their rendition of Pinks' F***in' Perfect was flat as - well - f***), but Tulisa was out there on her own when she chose to put me through. The vote could have been tactical. Maybe the judges thought Union J were less of a threat to their singers in the competition. It is getting to that point in the game where the judges all criticise each other’s acts. But whatever the reasoning, I don’t think they did it lightly.”

Addressing Gary's "You’re a phenomenal singer, you’re incredible. But sometimes I worry I want this for you more than you do" comment, Jade retorted: "You could tell by my reaction on the night what I thought of that comment. I don’t agree at all. I don’t think anybody would leave a young child at home for that length of time if they didn’t really want what they were doing to be a success. Maybe he wanted me to look a bit more desperate for it. But I’m a calm and collected person so I wasn’t going to show what he was looking for. He was probably the only judge that I didn’t speak to afterwards... Tulisa is like a sister to me now. She is an absolute star and is one of the best people that I could ever have met in the competition (despite the "fag ash breath"). We chose my song for Saturday night - Freak Like Me by Sugababes - together and we both thought it was a good risk to take. Unfortunately the other judges didn’t agree."

Or were told not to agree. They are but puppets. Feel free to read into that.
