That's right, there's a Rambo TV series in the pipeline and there’s a possibility that Sylvester Stallone will be reprising his role as the muscle clad action hero. Back in 2008, Stallone teased the possibility of continuing the series with a 5th film, but that idea seems to have been scrapped in favour of a small screen project.
According to Totalfilm.com Stallone is apparently in negotiations to get involved 'on a creative level' and the project may even star the man who originated the role. As amazing as that would be however, it does go against Stallone's previous statements - when he originally raised the idea of a 5th installment he talked about it being an opportunity to pass the torch on to a successor.
That was five years and two The Expendable movies ago though, so maybe he's changed his mind. What do you think... yay or nay to Stallone reprising the role for TV?
