Yup, you read that right. There's such thing as a quarantine comedy now.
'Coastal Elites' follows a number of individuals living in either New York City or Los Angeles as they practise social distancing during the current health crisis.
Its first trailer has arrived.
The TV show comes from writer Paul Rudnick and is directed by Jay Roach.
The series was shot entirely remotely. It really couldn't be more timely.
The description reads: "Five characters make confessions under quarantine that touch on their lives during the 2020 pandemic and living in a world of deeply divided politics."
These politics include some comments on an interaction with Ivanka Trump. So count us interested.
The series premieres on HBO on September 12th. Don't be surprised if there's more so-called "pandemic TV" to follow.
