We can't believe it's almost time to say goodbye to Heisenberg, but the end is nigh for Breaking Bad, so we're relieved to know we'll be able to watch his last huzzah on Netflix here in Ireland from August 12th.

The last installments of Walter White's tale will be available to stream online via the site instantly every Monday, just hours after the episodes air in the USA. Now that's music to our ears, if we do say so ourselves.

"We are thrilled to be bringing the highly-anticipated Final Season of Breaking Bad to Netflix members in the UK and Ireland on a first-run basis," said Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos. "Breaking Bad is a once in a generation calibre of show and continues to be a huge success on Netflix."

The show's creator Vince Gilligan is equally excited about this latest development."Netflix has been instrumental in making Breaking Bad the success that it is - particularly in the UK and Ireland, where it has built an audience and become a huge phenomenon", he said. "I am delighted that fans there will be able to enjoy the end of Breaking Bad on Netflix so soon after it airs in the US."

So are we Vince, so are we.
