Well, it wouldn't be a proper lockdown without some serious advice from our Nessa, would it?

Ruth Jones, who played Nessa Jenkins in 'Gavin and Stacey', took to Twitter (via husband David Peet's account) to remind everyone of what's occurin'. "Not a lot other than a global pandemic but the question was rhetorical," Nessa went on.

Although one would be forgiven for thinking Nessa had some advice for lockdown, she really didn't - and clarified that she "wouldn't do that to no one. I wouldn't even tell myself how to live my life."

Yet, the big thing out of Nessa's message was about social distancing and how it's up to everyone - even the people of Barry - to ensure they keep to it at all times.

"If you sees me in the mornings doing my daily run, my half marathon around Barry, don't even think about breaking that two-metre rule, cause if you does I will not hesitate to tell you quite clearly to back off - cause at the end of the day when all's said and done, no word of a lie, if truth be told, just because you don't feel ill don't mean you're not infectious."

Very wise words, Nessa. Here's the full clip.
