With 'Modern Family' wrapping up on our screens very soon, two of the show's stars joined Jimmy Kimmel recently for a quick chat about the end of the series.

Donning incredible 'Tiger King' mullets while being interviewed from their homes, 'Modern Family' stars Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson both video called host Jimmy Kimmel to discuss what they've been up to while staying at home in recent weeks. The on-screen couple also showed the talk show host a rather hilarious 'Modern Family' prank which they took part in before the series finished earlier this year.

In the prank, we see Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who plays Mitch in the comedy series, attempt to prank Eric Stonestreet, who plays his on-screen husband Cam. However, little does he know that Eric has been planning a prank all of his own.

Here's the video of the 'Modern Family' prank for you below.

The eleventh and final season of 'Modern Family' is currently airing over here on Sky One, and the final episode is due to air later this year in May. The show has been running on air since 2009, and has won a lot of praise, earning itself 22 Primetime Emmy Awards and six Writers Guild of America Awards.
