From the moment they first appeared on screen together we knew there was something special about Matt Damon and Ben Affleck's partnership and now, God knows how many years and several awards later, the pair executive producing a new sitcom which had just been picked up by CBS.

As per The Hollywood Reporter, Matt and Ben will come together to co-executive produce More Time With Family, a new half-hour comedy about a man who decides that his life needs a new direction.

Comedian and actor Tom Papa (who just so happened to star opposite Matt in Behind the Candelabra and The Informant!) will take on the role of the lead character, who gives us life on the road in order to spend, you guessed it, More Time With Family.

Needless to say, Deadline reports that the show was the subject of a fierce bidding war between the networks. That's hardly surprising given the fact that some of the lead character's experiences will be based on Damon's own ones. Mark Wahlberg and Entourage ringing any bells there? As if we didn't have enough trouble mixing those two up at times...

We'll certainly be keeping an eye out for this one but, in the mean time, here's a snap of the ridiculously young pair in School Ties (1992 - yup, THAT long ago)  to have an 'aww' over of a Friday afternoon. How do you like them apples, eh?

You can catch the movie (which also stars a ridiculously young looking Brendan Frasier and Chris O'Donnell - see below) on Netflix by the by. Right here.
