We didn't think we could love the enormously talented Barry Keoghan anymore than we do, but last night's 'Living with Lucy' proved otherwise. And now we may love his girlfriend Shona even more.

Lucy Kennedy headed off to LA to stay with the young Dublin actor, who is currently rising his way up in Hollywood with roles in the likes of 'Dunkirk', 'The Killing of a Sacred Deer' and 'Chernobyl' while he most recently has been cast in upcoming Marvel movie 'The Eternals'

Barry and Lucy had great chats about his late mum, his foster care background and he opened up to her about how mad about Shona he was.

Make-up artist Shona Guerin and Barry have been together since 2017 when they met in her home town of Killarney on a night out.

"I’d be lost without her, I’m telling you that. I wouldn't be the man I am now without her," he tells Lucy.

"With this game, rejection comes as well and that can be hard. Flying away, almost getting a part and then losing it. It’s draining.

"I’d be down on myself and she’d pick me right up and remind me what I’m doing. She’s made me a man. She’s the girl I want to be with for the rest of my life.

"Any of the lads I work with, Colin [Farrell], Cillian [Murphy], they're always like, 'Don't mess this up. They see how important she is."

And so could the viewers at home:
