We never really know how long each season of the reality series will last, but we finally have a confirmed date for when it will all come a dramatic high.
The 'Love Island' final has been confirmed for Monday, August 23, which is bound to come around quicker than we think if the series keeps delivering on the drama.
The current series of the reality dating show began on June 28, meaning that when the series ends, it will have run for eight weeks in total. So, we're just under halfway through this current run - and things are definitely beginning to heat up.
The news was revealed today on Twitter in relation to a competition the ITV production is running in conjunction with retail pharmacy Boots. They have a 'Love Island' final screening party up for grabs for a lucky winner and their 'Love Island'-obsessed BFF (the competition is only open to fans living in the UK, unfortunately).
In other 'Love Island' news, viewers were left stunned by last night's bombshell recoupling. Hugo, the final boy to make his choice between either Chloe or Georgia, took aim at his fellow islander Toby during his recoupling speech. He called out Toby for the way he had treated Chloe earlier that day, and chose to save her from getting dumped from the island. Unfortunately, this meant that Georgia's time in the villa was very short-lived.
