The 'Great British Bake Off' returned to screens last night to see four celebrities take on the infamous cookery challenge in a tent. And one baker undeniably stole the limelight.

The charity version of 'The Great British Bake Off' kicked off another series last night, and what an opener it was. The Stand Up To Cancer charity show saw four celebrities enter the dreaded tent, each seemingly unknown for their baking abilities. The series premiere saw episode saw 'Love Island' star Ovie Soko, and comedians Jenny Eclair and Russell Howard settle their dispute on who is the best baker of the bunch. But it was the final contestant who overtook the competition however, so much so that we feel like changing the name to Louis Theroux's 'Bake Off'.

Louis Theroux was the star of last night's show, and his pizza-inspired cookie bake was a showstopper in itself. His handiwork even got a handshake from Paul "eyes of an arctic fox" Hollywood - followed by an unamused Pru Leith, and a very amused Noel Fielding. In fact, there were handshakes all-round.

Here's a look back at Louis Theroux's 'Bake Off' in case you missed it.

He even managed to psych out his competitors by thrusting at them in the tent.

Viewers of Louis Theroux's 'Bake Off' takeover were loving it.

In the end, however, it was Jenny Eclair who was crowned the victor of the episode and she was awarded as star baker. With a name like that, we're not very surprised.

Next week's episode looks like another must-watch affair, as James Buckley from 'The Inbetweeners', Patsy Palmer from 'Eastenders', Scarlett Moffatt from 'Gogglebox' fame, and the legendary Richard Dreyfuss from 'Jaws' take on the 'Bake Off' tent.
