People were not happy by Kev (who really likes change after all?).

However many didn't realise that Keith had actually been fired from the show due to 'inappropriate behaviour.'
The Sun reported that Kiosk Keith - real name Raymond Grant - was accused of arriving to work drunk and making unwanted advances on a female colleague.
The news that he would not be returning to the show actually emerged earlier this month, but clearly it passed by numerous fans of the show.
