After all the 'fracas' a few weeks ago, it seems that Jeremy Clarkson is still welcome back at the BBC, although not anywhere near Top Gear obviously.

According to The Mirror, Clarkson is set to return to the BBC on April 24th for an episode of Have I Got News For You which he had already signed up for prior his dismissal from Top Gear. Hislop and Merton will have some craic with him over this whole debacle...

In other positive news for the presenter, it was reported yesterday that there would be no police action taken over his assault of Irish Top Gear producer Oisin Tymon (who didn't want to press charges). While Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond are set to go ahead with their live shows, although with no Top Gear branding allowed to be used, or no Stig - he belongs to the BBC now.
