Jennifer Aniston is just everywhere these days thanks to the tireless publicity trail she is doing for Apple's 'The Morning Show' as well as getting herself on Instagram for the first time.
Last night she was also the star of the show at the People's Choice Awards, scoring the gong for People’s Icon. Adam Sandler was on hand to present the award to Aniston, while the 'Friends' star took to the stage to deliver and lovely, funny and very entertaining speech.
Aniston paid tribute to 'Friends' for launching her career calling in the "gift of a lifetime".
"If I have any claim to this word 'icon', it’s only because I was able to be on an iconic show, with an iconic cast, and an iconic haircut," she said.
Aniston continued, "I would not be standing up here without that amazing show, without those amazing five other actors, and with an audience who stuck with us. You believed in us, you really did, and you believed in those very impossibly large apartments."
They really were huge. We know they were rent control apartments but come on, how could they afford apartments that size in New York?
We should blame John Shaffner really, he designed the set of 'Friends'.
