We knew Navan lads Jack Duff and Cormac Callan were trouble when they walked in, so we were gutted to see the pair narrowly miss out on a spot in the Britain's Got Talent Final last night
The boys lashed out their very own version of Taylor Swift's smash hit, and were voted into the Top Three alongside comedian Jack Carroll and singer/songwriter Gabz. Funny-man Jack took top honours on the night, and it was then up to the judges to decide whether to put our boys or young Gabs through.
In the end they decided to put their lighters in the air, and send Gabz to the Final: Where's Louis Walsh when you need him to scream "You're like a young Alicia Keyes?".
Ah well, we still think the lads did a wonderful job, and we're sure they won't be forgotten any time soon. Look out Jedward, there may just be a new Irish duo on the block. Is it just us or does Jack remind you of a young Niall Horan? Plus, we won't give up hope that they could actually be selected as this year's wildcard act, and make it through to the final after all.
