We've had a fair few Summer Bay residents making the trip to Ireland over the past while, but it looks as though the producers of Home and Away are bringing the show closer each day. Excuse me while I fetch my coat...
As per Digital Spy, a crew and a number of cast members will be making their way to London to film a number of episodes for a storyline involving some of the Aussie soap's central characters.
They're keeping their mouths shut as regards who exactly will be involved, but they did let slip that the characters will be "embarking on a desperate fight to hang onto what is most important in life - love and family". We're half hoping it's some big Braxton brother pilgrimage that involves a long stopover in Ireland.
Of course this isn't the first time Home and Away has been off filming in London. Who could forget the time when Don Fisher and Marilyn were reunited in the UK back in 2001? She's a dead ringer for Amanda Brunker in those shades...
