Think you could hack a full hour of Caroline Flack? You may not have to if Olly Murs returns to The Xtra Factor this year. After all, he never actually said he was quitting the show.

Olly told The Sun that he "never said it was definite that [he] wasn't going back, just that it was unlikely due to [his] music. I've enjoyed The Xtra Factor, it's been a great part of my career." And it has indeed, what with Mr Murrs and his tight trousers proving a smash hit with viewers week after week. Plus that whole Olly and Caroline, will they/won't they thing they've got going on.

"We've taken Xtra Factor back up to having millions of viewers, and Caroline and I have a lot of fans" Murs said. "It's been brilliant working with her, too. We have such a good relationship on screen. It's always fun and I'd love to do something else with her." Oh yes Olly, we certainly bet you would. *snigger*

The former X Factor contestant really does want to spend more time on his music in 2013 though, and he's even got his eyes set on a career in the States. He knows it won't come easy (like it did for One Direction *cough*) so Olly's determined to put in the hours. However he has admitted that there is a special someone who might be able to convince him to change his mind...

"Simon Cowell has a very good way of persuading people to do things. I might yet be back on Xtra Factor." Here's hoping Olly, here's hoping, we're just worried Louis Walsh will convince them to replace you with Kian Egan...
