Poldark fans rejoice, there's more topless Aidan Turner on the way very soon.

BBC One have confirmed that the third season of the 18th-century drama will be kicking off on June 11th - just ten days from now. This season will be set in 1794 against the backdrop of the French revolution and its impact on Cornwall.

It was announced recently that Phil Davis's ale-swigging Jud Paynter won't be returning for this upcoming season but most of the rest of the cast are including Eleanor Tomlinson (Demelza) as well as Heida Reed, Jack Farthing, Ruby Bentall, Luke Norris and Caroline Blakiston.

Newcomers include Josh Whitehouse as aristocrat Hugh Armitage, who is set to bring trouble, as well as Harry Richardson and Tom York as Demelza's brothers Drake and Sam, while Ellise Chappel will play Elizabeth's cousin Morwenna.

Poldark returns at 9pm on BBC One on the 11th of June.
