Today is a day for pampering your mammy and showing her the love - or at the very least letting her put her feet up and watch her favourite shows on the box.

There's plenty to suit all tastes tonight, whether she's a sporty mum, a fan of dancing or loves watching Dermot Bannon's latest adventures. If you want to recommend some shows to your mam or you are a mother (or anyone really) who is looking for some ideas for what to watch today, we have you covered.
