So Breaking Bad is coming to an end in a few months (take a deep breath, it's going to be ok) but that doesn't mean we've seen the last of Bryan Cranston on the tellybox.

From keeping the boys at bay in Malcolm in the Middle to mixing up Crystal Meth, Cranston's certainly pulled it out of the bag when it comes to televisual success, so we weren't too surprised when Deadline reported that he'd signed a very special deal with Sony Pictures Television. We presume it comes into effect when Breaking Bad Series 5 rounds things off on AMC later this summer.

The deal will see Cranston team up with the studio to develop and produce new series projects. He's already a producer on Breaking Bad so it won't take him too far from his comfort zone. And yes, for those of you who are wondering, he may feature in one or two of 'em himself too.

It's been a pretty decent week for Bryan. The Emmy winning actor picked up two SAG awards last Sunday, winning Best Actor for his starring turn as Walter White and Best Ensemble for Ben Affleck's Argo. We're sure there'll be plenty more where that came from.
