There's a lot to be said for having a new episode of 'Game of Thrones' in the world (you can read our review of episode 1 here) if only for the shed load of new memes and gifs we have about it. The main target from this week's episode was Bran's death stare, particularly when his "old friend" Jaime arrives in what was, let's face it, the most perfect scene to show how a series has come full circle.
The entire episode saw Bran hanging around the Winterfell courtyard, at one point telling Sam he was there as he was "waiting for an old friend". Since Bran is constantly saying weird things these days we didn't take much heed, until it turned out the "friend" was none other than Jaime Lannister. The man who pushed Bran out the window of Winterfell in the very first episode of 'Game of Thrones' leaving him paralysed.
This tense moment between the two, as Jaime realises just who is looking back at him, is now all over the internet in many, many gifs and memes. And actor Isaac Hempstead Wright, who plays Bran in the hit series, is a fan. He tweeted out the below:
Loving these #BranStark memes, keep em coming #ForTheThrone
