So, it seems like someone's finally managed to convince pop svengali and all-round TV mogul Simon Cowell to tie the knot. Don't panic Meghzan love, the bride ain't got nothing you didn't have, we hear it's a bit of a charity case actually....
Y'see, Simon's not really getting maried, he's just heading up the aisle as part of a comedy skit for Comic Relief, and they're keeping the identity of his bride a big secret. Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams have all been pictured in bridal gowns ahead of the reveal on Friday night. And there were were hoping it would be our Lou Lou.
Simon's external ex-girlfriend Sinnita, Louis Walsh himself, X Factor host Dermot O'Leary, Caroline Flack, Olly Murs and plenty of Britain's Got Talent stars like Rylan Clark, Stavros Flatley, Dennis Egal (yer man with the big gold wings), the Showbears and Pudsey all feature in the skit, which has been put together in time for Comic Relief's Red Nose Day telethon on Friday night.
"I never thought I would see Simon Cowell get married - much like Cliff Richard he's the eternal bachelor! It was actually very moving to see him at the altar" Walliams said. We're betting on David to be the lady in question.
