Snooki is joining a line of prestigious reality TV fodder (Kerry Katona, some bird off Big Brother in Holland) by letting the birth of her first born be broadcast. On MTV.
RadarOnline are today reporting that "some footage of Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi giving birth to her adorable baby boy Lorenzo Dominic LaValle will be shown on her Jersey Shore spin-off show, Snooki & JWOWW.
A random source informed the website: "There was a camera crew from 495 Productions, which produces Snooki & JWOWW, and they were in Snooki's hospital room in the hours leading up to her birth. Viewers will see Snooki in labor and the camera crew was kicked out as she was about to give birth. However, Snooki's fiance, Jionni LaValle, was using a personal camcorder and he carried on filming."
If, like myself, you're a bit squeamish about childbirth, you won't get to see anything too, um, detailed: "Jionni only filmed at Snooki's head though so viewers will most likely see very little footage of the actual birth. Lorenzo was ready for his proud parents to show him off to the world and was filmed hours after the birth. It was done very tastefully and with respect to Snooki and other patients at the New Jersey hospital."
'Cause that's what everyone wants when you're in the throes of labour, a camera crew roaming around the delivery ward.
