Black Mirror's third season was as dark and as mind-melting as we expected, however Charlie Brooker gave us some slight reprieve in the fourth episode, San Junipero.

Set in the eighties, it followed the romance between two women in what appeared to be a holiday town. The episode was crammed with some crackin' eighties anthems and a fantastic synthy score by Clint Mansell (Requiem For A Dream and Black Swan).

Charlie Brooker said of that episode; "There’s huge nostalgia for me. All the music I said I hated, I secretly loved all of it; T’Pau and all of that. It was a great way for me to indulge in all those guilty pleasures. To go back and revisit all of that music people claimed to hate in 1987."

Now the soundtrack is set to be released next week by Lakeshore Records.
