Dizzee Rascal is getting applauded for shutting down Piers Morgan's "race baiting" during a live interview on 'Good Morning Britain'.

The rapper was on today's episode of the talk show to discuss a new series of drive-in concerts. Piers Morgan asked Dizzee about Black Lives Matter during the interview but the musician made it clear he just wanted to talk about his new gig.

When asked about what the movement means, Dizzee answered: "What makes you think I know?"

"I don't know, because you're a Black man," Piers replied, to which the rapper responded: "But am I the Black spokesperson?"

Piers said he was "curious if he had a view" on the matter. Dizzee said that he had "a bunch of views".

He continued: "today we're talking about the drive-in", adding "I can't really be bothered to go into all of this this morning."

Dizzee also pointed out that he can use social media to express his views. He said to Piers Morgan "you can't force me" to talk about the issues.

Piers responded that that was an "aggressive answer to a simple question." Dizzee replied: "This is what happens, I become the aggressive Black man. I told you! I just wanted to be nice, and look how he's behaving! You know who you need on here – Akala. We're not going to fall out, but that's the spokesman for something sensible."
