Serial killer Dexter Morgan will return to your screen. Because sure it's all about the reboots and revivals these days.
A limited series of 10 episodes of 'Dexter' is coming to TV network Showtime.
Michael C. Hall, who played the titular character, will reprise the role.
Showrunner Clyde Phillips is back too.
Filming is set for early 2021 and the series hopes to premiere that autumn.
Talks of a potential 'Dexter' reboot have gone as far back as 2014.
Fans weren't keen on the show's later seasons and the final episode didn't go down well either.
The original followed a blood-spatter expert for the Miami Police Department who was also secretly a serial killer.
It ran for eight seasons and nearly a hundred episodes, from 2006 to 2013.
Gary Levine, Co-President of Entertainment at Showtime, said: "'Dexter' is such a special series, both for its millions of fans and for Showtime, as this breakthrough show helped put our network on the map many years ago.
"We would only revisit this unique character if we could find a creative take that was truly worthy of the brilliant, original series.
"Well, I am happy to report that Clyde Phillips and Michael C. Hall have found it, and we can’t wait to shoot it and show it to the world."
