When all this is over, the producers of 'The Late Late Show' should seriously think about releasing an album of the covers performed by artists throughout the weeks without an audience.

So far, there's been Hozier performing 'The Parting Glass', Gavin James doing 'Over The Rainbow', and now Dermot Kennedy singing Van Morrison's 'Days Like This' on last night's show. The singer performed two of his own songs, including the hit 'Power Over Me', but the song of the night was the soulful rendition of Morrison's song.

The song, performed on piano, topped off an uplifting show that featured an insightful interview with Mary-Lou McDonald, who herself was in a similar situation to Ryan Tubridy not too long ago, while Andrew Scott checked in via video and talked about his videocalls with his mother and missing Ireland, especially at a time like this.

Here's the video of Kennedy's performance in full.
