Whether you are a fan or not, we all know there has at least been once in our lives when we've been sucked into an episode of CSII, and couldn't turn away until they solved the blasted crime. It's one of those TV shows that you just always assume will be there, like the clouds in the sky, or Bono.
Now however, after fifteen seasons, American TV network CBS have cancelled the long running show, but all is not lost, as they are planning on finishing off with a TV movie finale, which will reunite past cast members including William Petersen and Marg Helgenberger.
The show spawned countless spin-off series, including CSI: Miami, CSI: NY and, most recently, the just-renewed CSI: Cyber. Well, okay there's just been three spin-offs but it seems like there is always one of them on the telly.
What about Ted Danson though? Where's he going to go? Could somebody please think of Ted Danson?!
