The soaps are all building up to their Christmas storylines and by the look of the trailer 'Coronation Street' just dropped, they are going to deliver.
It features cast members going in and out of the Rovers, all giving each other worried and strained looks, each carrying a small present. As Gary, Corrie's current resident bad guy, leaves the pub, he opens his to see a bullet inside.
Will he kill again? Are his days numbered?
'Coronation Street' has revealed that celebrations will take a sinister turn over the Christmas when a Winter Wonderland attraction becomes the scene of a dramatic armed siege.
A synopsis from ITV reads, "Derek Milligan believes Gary Windass has destroyed his life and he wants to make him pay.
"When he finds an antique rifle, left by Fiz in Gary’s furniture shop, the scene is set for a seasonal showdown that puts the lives of some of our favourite residents in peril. Heading for the Rovers he is a man on a mission - to hunt down Gary Windass.
"After terrifying the locals in the pub Derek chases Gary out onto the cobbles and the pair end up battling it out on the top of the Helter Skelter at the funfair. Fists and bullets start flying - with fatal consequences."

Elsewhere on 'Corrie' over the Christmas, Shona is determined to make new hubby David's birthday extra special, however they too find themselves at the centre of all the drama.
Meanwhile, Sarah and Nick aren't too happy when they find out the identity of the new factory landlord.
Finally, Rita Tanner also looks like she could be having a terrible Christmas when a "freak accident leaves her vulnerable and in danger."
So now, it's all going down on the cobbles this Christmas.
