The lovable Chris O'Dowd was in town yesterday filming the third series of Moone Boy. Were you lucky enough to see him? The star was spotted bringing the cast on a filming tour of our fair city, which saw them on the Ha'Penny Bridge, St Stephen's Green and Ranelagh.

The show, which put Roscommon on the map is now, now in it's third series will see O'Dowd make his directorial debut. Moone Boy follows the story of Martin Moone (David Rawle) and his imaginary friend Sean Murphy (O'Dowd). Onlookers saw Rawle suited and booted as the show swapped the countryside for the big schmoke. Filming then continued down by the Charlemont flats in Dublin city centre where onlookers said the two boys happily posed for photos. They were then spotted running around the place with a pram, so who knows what is in store for us with the third season. We for one can't wait. Check out the photos below..
