It seems once again we have all got played by the rumour mill with the news yesterday that a new season of Love/Hate was 'in development'.
According to a source, "scenes are not yet being filmed, locations and new talent are being scouted for Love/Hate's big comeback."
It seems however it was all lies or at least not a truth RTE was willing to back up. The broadcaster has released a statement today saying; "In relation to rumours about a possible sixth series of Love/Hate, there are no plans to bring back Love/Hate at this time."
Yeah... 'at this time' though 'ey? So there's still hope....have your granny light a candle.
