Never mind Michael Bay and his Pain and Gain (which looks rather decent, we might add), Arnold Schwarzenegger is getting back into the showbiz swing with his very own drama series about bodybuilders. No joke.

The Austrian mean machine is working on a brand new TV drama series called Pump (get it out of your system now lads), which focuses on the bodybuilding industry. Sure isn't he an expert on the subject? Pump will apparently be set in 1970s Venice Beach aka Muscle Beach, and trace the development of the modern day fitness industry all the way back to a little gym of the same name. We'll consider it an informative and educational broadcast for those Homer Simpson types.

It seems that Arnie has left politics well and truly behind now though. The Hollywood Reporter says he's already sold the show's pilot to US network Showtime, and if they decide to pick it up for a full series, he'll even jump on board to play a recurring character.

Between this and his upcoming movie plans with Sylvester Stallone, we can see Arnie sticking around for years to come. Guess he wasn't kidding when he said "I'll be back".
