The makers of 'Game of Thrones' are hardworking, there's no doubt about it and this week's installment of 'The Game Revealed' showcased just how much goes into such a big episode.

'Game of Thrones' was never going to shy away from the brutality of the inevitable sacking of King's Landing by Daenerys' forces but Mother of Dragons, we didn't think it would be that intense.

Turns out that the making of the episode was just as intense, both emotionally and physically. As 'Game of Thrones' VFX Producer Steve Kullback says, "Episode five should just be called 'Holy Shit'", and we tend to agree with him.

Not only did the cast and crew have to say goodbye to some day one colleagues, they also had to do a hell of a lot of burning. And fighting. And exploding. The whole thing was a lot.

This whole episode is 35-minutes long, so make a cuppa and settle in.

It's a good one.

The final episode of 'Game of Thrones' airs next Monday at 2am on Sky Atlantic, and again at 9pm.
