First in a two-part documentary about the 2020 death of Katie Simpson, a showjumper from Northern Ireland, whose body was found hanging from her staircase at home. Police classed it as suicide but a number of people thought the circumstances were suspicious. Detective James Brannigan looked at the evidence and agreed. It comes to light that the victim's brother-in-law Jonathan Cresswell - the man who found the body - had a criminal record for a serious assault on another female showjumper.
