The restaged criminal trial reaches its conclusion as the jury, having heard all the evidence, now settle in for an emotionally charged debate. Working through their own experiences, the evidence, logic and the law, they have to decide whether or not they believe Shaun is guilty, or not guilty, of manslaughter, and in the end, their decision hinges on the interpretation of a single word. Will they deliver the same verdict as the original trial?
