Drinking buddies Phil and Stu try to help their troubled friend Alan get his life in order, only to stumble into another bizarre misadventure. The Mob have taken Alan's brother hostage and to free him, they have to track down manic gangster Mr Chow, who has escaped from a Thai prison.
