Simon is persuaded to mark the occasion of his 40th birthday back at the Cockfield family home, so takes his girlfriend Donna along to the Isle of Wight. The duo soon find themselves spending a long weekend as guests of his ever-doting mother Sue and controlling stepfather Ray, together with their menagerie of relatives and friends.
