Upon discovering she is 10 weeks pregnant, 17-year-old Pennsylvanian Autumn Callahan wants a termination. When her own attempts fail, she confides in her cousin, Skylar, and they head for New York City with stolen cash. However, it transpires that Autumn has been given false information about her condition, and as the money runs out, things become even more desperate.
