Yvette Fielding, she of Ghosthunting with and Blue Peter, has basically confirmed what we all always knew, that Harry Styles is a filthy little bugger. And that's always been the case, or at least since he was 16.
Fielding's son William and Harry were/are mates, close enough that their respective families have met and sat down for meals together, and that's where the story begins. According to Yvette, Styles wrote 'rude' messages to pal William's mother from across the table when he and his mum Anna Cox joined the family for a meal three years ago, while the 44-year-old TV personality's husband Karl Beattie was present.
Speaking to the new issue of Woman magazine, Yvette revealed: 'Harry was sending me disgusting texts from across the table. I can't even repeat the words, they were so rude!' We understand Yvette, we spotted it a long time ago.
However, it seems Yvette wasn't too offended by Harry's flirting as she considers the 19-year-old lothario to be a 'joker', which is nice. Recalling the first time she met Harry when he was just 11 years old and living in Holmes Chapel in Cheshire, North West England, she said: 'The first time I met Harry, he did a sweeping bow and got down on his knees on the road. I thought, 'What a joker, we'll get on well. When he came for tea, he loved pizza and chips. He called me his second mum and he and Will lived in each other's pockets.' Aw bless.
Yvette is also amused at Harry's eventful love life, describing the singer - who dated Taylor Swift and Caroline Flack - as a 'Romeo' when it comes to wooing girls, saying 'He's very romantic. When there's a love interest, Harry will go all out to get the girl. He's totally obsessed.'
A spokesperson on behalf of Harry said: 'Harry has never sent any rude or inappropriate texts to Yvette Fielding.' If only Yvette still had her old Nokia banging about.
