If you're an Xbox One owner and you're tired of having a load of wires and TV boxes cluttering up your living room, then we've got good news for you. ]

The Xbox One Digital TV Tuner is expanding support for the Xbox One Digital TV Tuner to preview members in 11 European countries as of today including Ireland. Other countries that will be getting a look at the service are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland,Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland, and it will be available at retail in these 11 new countries later this year.

The Xbox One Digital TV Tuner offers users premium live TV features on your Xbox One, which were previously only available to households with separate set top boxes via HDMI. If you've got the Kinect, you'll also be able to watch your favourite TV shows and switch between free-to-air channels using only the sound of your voice, all without having to switch inputs.

This means that with a supported TV tuner and antenna you can watch free, over-the-air television channels available in your area as it will interweave seamlessly with your gaming experience on Xbox One, enabling you to watch TV while you wait for a multiplayer match to start or even receive game invitations and notifications while watching your favorite show.

You'll also get access to OneGuide for TV Listings, which provides a full-screen view of what's on, while the MiniGuide allows you to quickly browse the TV listings using either your Xbox controller or the Xbox One Media Remote to navigate. You'll also be able to watch TV in Snap on the right side of your screen, leaving the main screen for games, Skype, or other applications.

Like most other set top boxes you'll be able to pause live telly (for up to 30 minutes), earmark your favourite channels, and stream TV to Xbox One SmartGlass so you can watch within your home from your Xbox One to one or more of your devices. Xbox One SmartGlass is available on Windows, Windows Phone, iOS, and Android.
