Within the space of a year or so, spice bags have now become the go-to Chinese food item for people suffering from chronic deficiencies of both spice and spicy chicken.
What was once a relatively niche item is now pretty much a staple of every Chinese takeaway and restaurant offering, with varying results along the way. However, for the first time (that we know of), you can now get spice bag powder in Asia Market and make your own. However, the results - according to one Twitter user - are less than satisfactory.

According to Mad_Mod / Mark O'Donnell, the spice bag powder is quote, "not good", endquote. He goes on to say that with a possible addition of MSG or garlic powder, the results may improve.
I have done a test run making a salt + chili chips thing. It is ~not good~™

We will update this story as it develops, but in the meantime, would you consider making your own spicebag or is this an affront to spicebags all over Ireland? Let us know in the comments.
