As expected, Will Smith has finally come out to express his sadness at the passing of one of Fresh Prince of Bel Air's most loved characters, Uncle Phil.
Shared with the world via TMZ, James Avery passed away following post surgery complications on December 31st.
Superstar Smith has just taken to his personal Facebook with the following tribute: "Some of my greatest lessons in Acting, Living and being a respectable human being came through James Avery... Every young man needs an Uncle Phil. Rest in Peace."
